About Dr. Sunita Yadav
Dr. Sunita Yadav heads the family therapy and aftercare programs at Sangam Nasha Mukti Kendra. With 10 years of specialized experience in family systems therapy and rehabilitation counselling, she has transformed hundreds of family relationships damaged by addiction. Dr. Yadav developed the innovative family support model at Sangam NMK that engages all family members throughout the treatment process — from pre-admission counselling to post-discharge aftercare. She works extensively with children of addicts, providing age-appropriate support to help them process and heal from family trauma. Her expertise in relapse prevention and aftercare planning has significantly reduced relapse rates among Sangam NMK patients. Dr. Yadav conducts regular family education workshops and support groups.
